Incorporation of K-One Tech (Korea) Corp

K-One Tech has on 24 July 2008 incorporated a Company in Korea by the name of K-ONE TECHNOLOGY (KOREA) CORPORATION ("K-ONE KOREA"), to spearhead our business venture in Korea. The principal activity of K-One Korea is to design, develop, manufacture and supply end products or sub-assemblies to various types of manufacturers, particularly ICT (information, communication and technology) OEMs or ODMs.
